Casity Waller, Grad Intern
(Virtual and In Person Availability)
I am Casity Waller, a graduate student at University of Phoenix pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of becoming a licensed professional counselor. I am currently a graduate student intern under the supervision of Danielle Bowman. After assisting individuals of all ages in healthcare within the last 5 years, I developed a commitment to both adults and adolescents. My focus is on treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, while utilizing Solution-focused therapy and CBT.
I understand, sometimes we need a mental break due to the stressful demands of life and responsibilities. Unhealthy relationships, a difficult upbringing, and current difficulties can all cause us to feel so overwhelmed that we become mentally confined. As I begin my path to become a counselor, I hope to assist others in managing their daily lives in order to build a more tranquil and productive experience continuing on. Empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques form the foundation of my approach, guaranteeing each client receives individualized care.
Assisting clients in creating flexible routines that result in more purposeful and happy lives is my aim. By offering a secure and compassionate environment, I hope to assist clients in their personal development. As you continue on your journey toward happiness and completeness, I'm excited to walk alongside you.
