I am Erin Trotman, a graduate student at Prairie View A&M University, pursuing a Master in Human Science with the goal of becoming a licensed professional counselor. I am currently a graduate student intern under the supervision of Danielle Bowman.
With seven years of experience as a certified teacher at the high school level in the Houston area, I have developed a strong foundation in working with adolescents and teenagers. My teaching career has prepared me with the skills to connect with individuals and understand their unique challenges and needs. My therapeutic approach is tailored to support individuals who struggle with expressing emotions, maintaining, and reaching goals, managing anxiety, overcoming depression, and navigating other life-changing circumstances.
I am committed to fostering authenticity, collaboration, and a supportive environment. My goal is to help clients develop adaptive habits that lead to more meaningful and fulfilled lives. By providing a safe and empathetic space, I aim to guide clients toward personal growth.
